How do I search and book a hotel?
There are four ways to search a hotel on our Internet sites. If you know the name of your city of destination, you can enter it on the homepage. This immediately gives you the hotels available at your destination for the dates you provided. You can also use the map search.
If you know the code for the hotel where you would like to stay, use the Express reservation link, where you can book in a flash.
If you want to explore our complete list of hotels on all continents, use the online guide. This will give you all our locations without entering specific dates. Once you find the hotel you want, all you have to do is click and reserve.

How many rooms can I reserve?
On our website you can book up to three rooms per hotel for the same date or for different dates. If you need a fourth room at the same hotel, please make a new reservation. (The "contact hotel" link cannot be used to reserve a fourth room.)
How do I cancel or modify a reservation?
First, make sure you have your reservation confirmation number, which you received at the end of the reservation process, and your credit card number handy.

You can also your loyalty card number to retrieve your current reservations if you provided this number when making your reservation online.
If you experience a technical problem when modifying or canceling a reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
If something happens and I can't keep my reservation, what are the deadlines for canceling?
If you are unable to keep your reservation, you can cancel as late as the same day you were supposed to arrive:
By using the "Cancel" link on our website, you can cancel up to 4pm, hotel local time.
By contacting the hotel directly before 6pm.
Otherwise, for any reservation not cancelled before 6pm, you will be billed for the first night.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Your bank information is necessary to validate your online reservations. The amount indicated will be debited by the hotel only at the end of your stay. Our online reservations system ensures complete security for every transaction, so you can be confident your bank information is protected. To find out more, see our site security page.
If you do not wish to give your bank information on the Internet to guarantee your reservation, Mercure hotels offer the option of contacting a reservations center in your area.
If you have a loyalty card, your credit number will be requested only if the loyalty card cannot act as a guarantee.
