We are delighted that you found the room amenities, including the cabinet and shelf space, to your liking and that the working desk served you well during your business trip. It is always encouraging to read such positive feedback about our colleagues and services, like our rental bikes which are indeed a popular feature among our guests. Nonetheless, we\'re sorry to read that the mattress comfort and window insulation did not entirely meet your expectations. We appreciate your honest comments, as they help us identify areas where we can improve. Our mattresses were recently replaced as part of our commitment to guest comfort, and we regret that they were not to your preference. Moreover, our windows are double glazed to provide a peaceful environment and will be updated to triple or quadruple glazing in the near future.
